That's Steve in the left photo and his daughter, Joanne on the right. Steve bought this '76 Gran Torino Brougham on eBay. It was originally brown with opera windows and tan interior, but the owner before Steve gave it the "Starsky" paint job. All the detail work was left up to Steve. That's no small feat, because as Steve says, "finding all the missing trim parts can be more difficult then finding a complete car." Steve says he enjoys looking for parts, though.

The car has a 351 Windsor engine and C4 automatic transmission. It also has A/C, AM/FM stereo, power steering and brakes, tinted windows, split bench front seats with fold-down armrests and 6-way power driver seat, and velour interior. The car only has 79,000 miles on it.

This Steve's fourth Torino. He had a 1975 Gran Torino once but sold that one and purchased a 1973 which he still owns. Steve says the restoration on the blue and white '73 is almost complete.

Steve says, "This car is fun to drive. That is why I have always owned a Torino. With a little luck and patience, anybody can build their own S&H Replica."
