There is no reserved parking area, we must meet somewhere and all drive in together on show days. August 3, 2010 Happy Anniversary! StarskyTorino.com started 12 years ago today on August 3, 1998. It had just six cars on it, including mine and my neighbor's, and a couple of the other cars had unidentified owners at the time. The only other mention of S&H Torinos anywhere on the Web was the Fairlaner article on the Fairlane Club's web site. If it wasn't for that article, I would not have bought a S&H Torino of my own, and would not have started this site. Thanks, FCA! Soon S&H Torino owners everywhere began sending me photos of their cars, and we started talking via email, and started meeting in person at reunions. I highly recommend that buyers not go into debt to purchase a car which is - hopefully - not going to be their primary means of daily transportation, and that married people purchase such a car only with the complete support of their spouse. Buying these items is stealing from the owners of the copyrighted materials and contributing to the crime of the person selling the item. There are enough legitimate, legal, licensed items available for everyone. Used parts are used parts. If you are concerned about the condition of the used parts you are purchasing from any seller, which is not a bad idea, ask to see photos of the parts before you buy them. Be sure you know what you are getting!
