Larry D.'s Limited Production 1976 |
| Larry's car was built in March of 1976, in Chicago, Illinois. In these photos, taken in 2002, it had a fresh paint job and shiny new mags! Larry's car was first featured on this site way back in 1999. | |||

| Larry's car was one of the earliest "famous" S&H Torinos because it was featured in a Fairlaner Magazine article (see link, below) in 1996 - two whole years before this web site was first published. | |||

| At the All Ohio Ford Show and FCA mini-meet
at Plain City, Ohio in 2002, Larry's S&H Gran Torino drove away with the FCA 1st/Best for its year class, and ALSO 1st Place/Best of Class for 1970-76! Larry's car appears at many car shows, and wins many awards, but also appears in parades and other events just for fun. Hey - those puppets look like "Starsky" (dark hair) and "Hutch" (the blonde)! |

| Michelle D. is probably old enough to drive the car now, but I couldn't resist including her 2002 picture here in 2006. The paint booth shot is also from 2002 when the car got freshened up a bit. | |||

| These close-up photos of Larry D.'s S&H Torino are from the Nov.-Dec. 1996 issue of the Fairlaner, Volume XVI, Number 6, a publication of the Fairlane Club of America. The VIN beginning with 6G30, the DSO ending with 0022, and the PS-122 on the metal tag are signs of the car's authenticity as a Limited Production "Starsky and Hutch" Gran Torino. | |||
