This old car of ours was destined for the junk heap
once, but someone who cared about it saved it and restored it.
Frankly, the car wasn't worth it, but a high price has been paid to return it to good condition. Likewise, all
people, by our very nature, are faulty, burned-out, rusty, and on our way to the scrap yard. But the good news
is that we, too, can be restored!
The Bible says, "God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, Jesus, so that whoever will believe in
him will not perish, but will have everlasting life," (John 3:16). And, "if any man is in Christ, he
is a new creation. The old things have passed away – all things have become NEW!" (2 Corinthians 5:17) |

|
That's right – even more so than this car, which is
still far from perfect – you and I can be fully restored to better-than-new condition!
Unlike the car, which had no choice in the matter, we have to make our own choice – between a trip to the junk
yard, Hell, from which there is no escape, or a complete restoration in Heaven.
If you admit that you need saving, and believe that God gave his son and paid for your salvation, and ASK him to
save you, he WILL save you – by his grace, when you put your faith in Christ.
Please give this some serious thought. You are MUCH more important to us, to yourself, to your family & friends,
and to God than any car is! |
